SK Ondeu Employees to Win the 7 Kadam Young Leaders Development Program

Samruk-Kazyna JSC summed up the results of the Zheti Kadam young leaders development program, which was attended by two employees of SK Ondeu LLP. By the way, the leaders were selected from more than 80 thousand young employees of the Fund.

Meruyert Shukuyeva (SK Ondeu LLP) and Guldana Zhabassova (Karabatan Utility Solutions LLP) studied various competencies for 5 months and developed the author’s projects to improve performance of the Fund companies. The projects “Samruk-Komek Application and Telegram Bot for Internal Communications” and “Optimization of Recycling Water Treatment Processes” aroused the interest and were highly appreciated by the jury members from among TOP managers of the company. As a result, the projects of our colleagues were selected in the TOP 15 projects to be implemented in the future.

Please note that each work should meet the following basic criteria: replication throughout the Samruk-Kazyna JSC group of companies, that is, the possibility of scaling; economic feasibility; compliance with ESG principles; practical application.

The Zheti Kadam program is aimed at training future leaders from among the young and effective employees of the Samruk-Kazyna group of companies. The main priority in the HR Policy of the Fund is the development of human capital, which was emphasized by Gibrat Auganov, the Managing Director for Corporate Governance, Social and Labor Relations and Occupational Safety of Samruk-Kazyna JSC.
