The sole shareholder of Samruk-Kazyna Ondeu LLP is national welfare Fund Samruk-Kazyna Joint Stock Company, the sole shareholder of which is the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Fund was founded in 2008 by the decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and presents a commercial structure – an investment holding, whose mission is to improve national welfare of the Republic of Kazakhstan and ensure long-term sustainability for future generations.
