A project that has changed the lives of 50 young specialists of the Samruk-Kazyna Group of Companies

The final event of the unique modular program for the development of young leaders “Zheti Kadam” took place today. The purpose of the program is to make future leaders out of young and effective employees of the Samruk-Kazyna Group of Companies, to teach them the techniques of implementing managerial competencies, to develop communication skills, the ability to work in a team, etc.

Within 7 months, 7 teams were trained in 7 different modules and developed 7 new and important projects. Members of the Boards of Directors and executives of the Samruk-Kazyna portfolio companies evaluated these works.

The jury recognized the work “Reduction of the Hydrocarbon Footprint at Enterprises” as the best project of the Zheti Kadam program. The second place was given to the project “Implementation of the Youth Policy”, the third place was given to the team with the work on the topic “Safety Culture at Enterprises”, the fourth place was given to the project “Lean Manufacturing”.

The specialists of the subsidiary company Polymer Production LLP Kotova Maria and Yerdenbekova Bakhyt took part from Samruk-Kazyna Ondeu LLP. The mentor of one of the 7 groups was the first Deputy CEO of Samruk-Kazyna Ondeu LLP Sheraly Meiyr Nurtaiuly.
