On December 20, 2022, the First HSE Forum of Samruk-Kazyna Ondeu LLP was held. The Forum was organized with the aim of creating an effective platform for the exchange of experience, best practices in the field of occupational safety and health (hereinafter – HSE), demonstrating commitment to the principles of safe work organization and signing personal obligations of the management of the SK Ondeu group of companies in the field of HSE.

Auganov G.K., Managing Director for Public Relations, Social and Labor Relations and Occupational Safety of Samruk-Kazyna JSC, Sheraly M.N., Chief Executive Officer of SK Ondeu, and Mr. Hans-Horst Konkolewski, President of The International ORP Foundation, global Ambassador of Vision Zero, Zero Injury Concept, delivered a welcoming speech to the Forum participants.

During the Forum, such interesting and relevant topics as the development of the Health&Safety management system in the Samruk-Kazyna group of companies, initiatives of JSC NC KazMunayGas in the field of HSE, 7 golden rules of the Vision Zero international Zero Injury concept and the ESG basics were highlighted.

At the same time, the HSE Reports of subsidiaries and affiliated organizations of SK Ondeu (hereinafter - Subsidiaries) were heard for the first 11 months of this year.

As part of the Forum, the top managers of the SK Ondeu group of companies signed personal commitments in the field of HSE, which provide for the introduction of processes and replication of successful intersectoral practices in order to achieve zero injuries to employees. There was also an award ceremony for employees for their contribution to the HSE development, finalists of the competition among Subsidiaries “HSE Best Innovative Ideas and Practices”.
