On the eve of National Compliance Officer Day, which took place on September 26, at the invitation of the Association of Compliance and Business Ethics, the Compliance Services of Samruk-Kazyna Ondeu and Subsidiaries has participated in the first Compliance & Security Forum for compliance specialists.

300 participants have attended the forum and 4 plenary sessions have been conducted on the most relevant topics in the field of compliance.  The Compliance Officer of Samruk-Kazyna Ondeu, Marina Tuganbayeva, has been one of the speakers of the second day of the forum and received a citation from the Association for her contribution to the development of the compliance institute in Kazakhstan.

Compliance Training of Samruk-Kazyna Ondeu Employees

On September 29-30, compliance training has been conducted for Samruk-Kazyna Ondeu employees on the topic “Equal employment and labor conditions: inadmissibility of harassment”. We hope that as a result of the training, the knowledge in the field of compliance of employees will become deeper, and the commitment to the adopted Code of Business Ethics will be further strengthened. Let me remind that in our organization there is zero tolerance for the harassment in any form.
