According to the results of the up-to-date sociological study among production personnel conducted by the Center for Social Interaction and Communications (CSIC), SSAP LLP improved the social stability index (Samruk Research Services) and turned out to be in a favorable zone according to the studied indicators:

-The index of social tranquility, which measures the level of relations between management and subordinates and the level of protest potential, increased by 5% and amounted to 95% (favorable zone).

-The engagement index (the level of employee satisfaction with working conditions and safety, employee loyalty) increased by 4%, and amounted to 82% (favorable zone).

-The index of social well-being (the level of satisfaction of employees with the conditions and quality of life, material well-being, as well as the level of relationships with colleagues) is also located in a favorable zone, increasing by 6%.

SSAP LLP was established on 04.08.2008, is a subsidiary of Samruk-Kazyna-Ondeu LLP (90.11%) and Kazatomprom JSC (9.89%). SSAP LLP is the operator of a project for the reconstruction of a sulfuric acid plant with a production capacity of 194 thousand tons of 93% commercial sulfuric acid per year.
