From his very first days, he actively participated in commissioning works, gaining valuable hands-on experience in production. Later, as a power unit operator, he proved himself to be a reliable, disciplined specialist capable of making sound decisions under high-responsibility conditions. Today, Beknur serves as a Lead Engineer for Mechanical and Technological Equipment in the Department of Mechanics. He is responsible for planning maintenance activities and ensuring the stable operation of equipment, thereby maintaining uninterrupted production processes. He is valued by his colleagues for his precision, composure, and reliability. He holds two higher education degrees in technological machinery and energy. At the core of his professional approach is a strong sense of responsibility for his work.
