The final meeting brought together representatives of production occupations, experts, and change leaders, highlighting the systemic importance of working professions as the foundation for sustainable development and technological progress across industries.
During the plenary session, key areas of labor market transformation were discussed, including the evolution of labor relations in the context of artificial intelligence adoption, the development of production-oriented workforce training, and a summary of the outcomes of the Year of Working Professions.
Employees of the SK Ondeu Group of Companies took an active part in the event. As part of the 7 Qadam Pro program, Amanat Karimov, Pumping Equipment Operator at the wastewater treatment facilities of KUS LLP, was awarded for developing the project “Reduction of Silicon Oxide in Wastewater.” His project ranked among the seven best projects.
Bagytzhan Zhumagaliyev, Electrical Fitter for the Repair and Maintenance of Electrical Equipment at KUS LLP, presented the project “Digital Electrician: A New Era in Energy and Maintenance.”
Finalists of the internal competitions—Guldana Zhabasova, Biological Engineer of the Chief Technologist’s Service at KUS LLP, and Oksana Shovkan, Technical Analysis Laboratory Technician at SSAP LLP—participated in specialized training aimed at developing digital competencies and creating AI assistants to support professional tasks.
