The technologist of the sulfuric acid workshop and, concurrently, the Chairman of the Trade Union of SSAP LLP, Zh.K. Yermagambetov, together with the Director of the Human Resources Department, S.E. Nurmysheva, held meetings with students of the “Maksat” College in Stepnogorsk and the Higher Technical College in Kokshetau.

Representatives of SSAP LLP informed future specialists about the key blue-collar professions in demand at the enterprise, explained working conditions, opportunities for career growth, and the benefits of the social package provided to the plant’s employees. The students also learned which competencies are most important for a successful start in the industrial sector.

Around 60 students took part in the events, showing strong interest in working at a modern and technologically advanced production facility.

The meetings were organized as part of the Year of Working Professions, aimed at enhancing the prestige of industrial occupations and attracting young talent to the industrial sector.
