On November 13, a meeting was held at Sh. Valikhanov Secondary School (Inderbor settlement) as part of the “Isker Talks” project implemented in honor of the Year of Working Professions.

Employees of Karabatan Utility Solutions LLP took part in the event:
 • A. N. Samatova — Communications Engineer of the Central Dispatch Center;
 • B. O. Zhumagaliev — Electrician for repair and maintenance of electrical equipment;
 • A. S. Botagaraev — Shift Supervisor of the Boiler and Turbine Shop.

The specialists shared their professional experience, spoke about in-demand areas in the energy sector, and answered questions from students of grades 9–11.

The students showed strong interest in career opportunities and received practical advice and recommendations to help them make an informed choice about their future profession.
