Ilyas Dulatovich Telbayev — Master of the Formulation Workshop at HIM-Plus LLP — is a man for whom production has become a true calling. He began his career at HIM-Plus as an instrument fitter in the formulation workshop and, through perseverance, responsibility, and professionalism, rose to the position of workshop master.

With over 20 years of professional experience, Ilyas Dulatovich not only manages production processes but also inspires his colleagues by personal example. He actively contributes to the development of new technologies and rationalization initiatives, helping to improve standards and streamline workflows.

Among his achievements are participation in testing polyethylene blends for canister production, preparation of documents for obtaining the industrial certificate, and implementation of advanced labor methods to ensure the smooth operation of the formulation workshop, reduce labor costs, and improve production efficiency.

In 2025, Telbayev proudly represented the company at the regional exhibition-competition “Uzdik Tauar 2025” in Taraz. For his dedicated work and professionalism, he has been repeatedly honored with Certificates of Appreciation and Letters of Gratitude from Samruk-Kazyna JSC, SK Ondeu LLP, and HIM-Plus LLP.
