Rustem Manasov works at Karabatan Utility Solutions LLP in the water treatment section of the chemical water treatment and wastewater facilities department, serving as a Chemical Water Treatment Operator at the power plant.

Since the very launch of the water treatment project, Rustem has been actively involved in its implementation and maintenance. He played a direct role in commissioning the water treatment units and has gained significant experience in operating water purification facilities.

His responsibilities include managing automated water treatment processes, such as disc filters, ultrafiltration units, reverse osmosis, and electrodeionization systems, as well as dosing chemical reagents. Thanks to his high level of expertise and practical experience, Rustem ensures reliable and safe equipment operation, uninterrupted technological processes, and stable production of fire-fighting, technical, demineralized, and desalinated water. He also performs chemical cleanings, services sorption filters, and maintains pumping equipment.

On his initiative, an improved method of comprehensive chemical cleaning for ultrafiltration units was introduced, which significantly enhanced equipment efficiency. Rustem’s sense of responsibility, strong work discipline, and professionalism serve as a role model for his colleagues.
