Within the framework of the “7 Qadam Pro” program, 21 young specialists from the Samruk-Kazyna group of companies underwent training from April to August 2025. The program consisted of seven modules designed to develop leadership qualities, strategic thinking, teamwork skills, and the ability to find solutions to real production challenges.

Representing Karabatan Utility Solutions LLP (a subsidiary of SK Ondeu), the program participant was Amanat Karimov, a representative of the working professions and a pump operator at the wastewater treatment unit of the Chemical Water Treatment and Wastewater Treatment Department.

As a result of the training, Amanat developed a project focused on an important environmental issue — reducing the concentration of silicon dioxide (SiO₂) in wastewater to regulatory standards.

According to Amanat, participation in the program became for him “a school of leadership and a true challenge”:

“I learned to work in a team, to think strategically, and to make decisions with greater confidence. My project will help improve the quality of wastewater, reduce costs, and increase equipment reliability.”
