LLP “SK Ondeu” Expands Collaboration with the Scientific Community of Kazakhstan

The SK Ondeu team, led by Chairman of the Management Board Daniyar Mauletov, visited the A.I. Baraev Scientific and Production Center for Grain Farming. The purpose of the visit was to strengthen the partnership between science and business, as well as to explore new areas of synergy for the implementation of joint projects. Also representing SK Ondeu were Zhandos Orazaliev, Managing Director for Business Development, and Altynai Sharipova, Science Coordinator of the Business and Science Development Department. Timur Savin, Chairman of the Board of the Center, presented the institution’s scientific developments, highlighting applied research in the cultivation of grain, leguminous, oilseed, and forage crops, as well as in the creation of new crop varieties. The guests were introduced to the achievements of breeders E. Kairzhanov, N. Filippova, and I. Oshergina. In the biochemistry and agrochemistry laboratories, the Center’s specialists demonstrated modern methods for assessing the quality of agricultural crops and soil analysis, widely used in scientific examinations and applied research. Special focus during the meeting was given to the prospects for cooperation in the areas of technology transfer and commercialization of scientific solutions. SK Ondeu is already implementing several R&D projects and sees strong potential in integrating the Center’s scientific developments into its production processes.
