In the Year of Vocational Professions and on the eve of International Women’s Day we continue to familiarize you with the representatives of the fair sex working at production facilities. Arailym Aubakirova is a Laboratory Technician at the Formulation Shop of CHEM-Plus LLP.
Since her school years, she was fond of chemistry that later determined her professional choice. Having started her labor activity as a Laboratory Technician in the Branch of KazDorNII JSC, she moved to China Xin-Xing Construction and Development Company LLP. In November 2019, Arailym Aubakirova joined the staff of CHEM-Plus LLP, where she has been working for more than five years already.
The Importance of the Profession
In her position, Ms. Aubakirova performs important tasks: she prepares samples for testing, analyzes products, and measures glyphosate density, pH and active ingredient content. Her work ensures product quality control, compliance with norms and standards, which makes her an irreplaceable specialist in her field.
Arailym notes that the profession of a Laboratory Technician requires such qualities as diligence and attentiveness. The work of a Laboratory Technician is associated with certain occupational risks, so the legislation provides for a number of benefits. These include reduced working hours, additional pension contributions from the employer, as well as special meals, personal protective equipment and additional days of vacation. These benefits make the profession more attractive and ensure the safety of workers.

The qualitative and responsible work of A. Aubakirova does not go unnoticed. The management of CHEM-Plus LLP honors her work annually with Letters of Gratitude and Certificates. In 2024, on the Day of the Republic, she was awarded a Certificate of Honor by the Chief Executive Officer of SK Ondeu.
In addition to her work, our colleague is a caring mother of a schoolgirl. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and reading.
