Zhanara Tuleubekova

Zhanara Tuleubekova started her career in United Chemical Company LLP more than 10 years ago as an administrative manager of the outsourcing sector, in 2011 she was transferred to the position of manager of the Department of Personnel Management and Administrative – Economic Activity (DPMACA), in 2013 she was appointed to the position of chief manager of DPMACA. From 2019 to the present time she is a senior manager of the said Department.

Zhanara’s work processes  is about training and development of our employees. In the implementation of the “Talent Management Programme”.

Supervises issues related to the improvement of the engagement and loyalty rating of the Company’s personnel, while combining it with the position of administrative manager.

“My motivation is our Company’s attitude towards our employees, where employee development plays a significant role, which is very important. And in combination with my work, it is a component of our overall success”.

In 2017, Zhanara took an active part in the launch of HR project of the Fund (JSC Samruk-Kazyna) — “Creation of the General Service Center”. In the same year, she organized and monitored the process of international certification of the Company’s employees in the field of IPMA level A, B, C, D project management (30% of employees).

In 2019, she and her colleagues from the Fund Group launched the Leadership in Company Program (Senior and Middle Management Development Program).

“In our Company I have acquired new skills, and most importantly, I have met professional and interesting people with whom we continue to communicate and cooperate. The most difficult thing was to maintain a positive attitude and work capacity in situations where the Company resists change, when there is no support from the supervising manager. For me personally, the painful things are unfair treatment and double standards. Today we have an excellent team and all conditions for effective work are created. Of course, it is not easy for me to combine parenting and professional activities, but it is possible to maintain the regime – work and life balance. Today it’s important to work effectively, not much”.

Genara and her husband are raising two wonderful children — daughter and son. Her favorite hobby is active swimming and reading books.
