The results of the Samruk-Kazyna Ondeu sports contest were summed up in Astana. This time the annual event was dedicated to the 15th anniversary of SK Ondeu LLP. Athletes from the front office and affiliated companies took part in the competition. They raffled off sets of awards in 9 sports: arkan tartu, arm wrestling, asyk ata, esports, mini-football, table tennis, swimming, togyz kumalak and chess.

In the tug war (arkan tartu), the combined team of Karabatan Utility Solutions LLP proved to be the strongest. Talgat Tursunov, SK Ondeu LLP, became the winner in the popular national game asyk ata. Gulima Makeyeva, SK Ondeu LLP, became the best among women in bes asyk.

Zhandarbek Kabyl won the championship title in men’s table tennis, and Dinara Sagizbayeva, both from KUS LLP, became the winner of the first place among women. Abzal Kadashev, KUS LLP, was recognized as the strongest in arm wrestling among men. Lyazzat Begaliyeva, SK Ondeu LLP, was the leader among women.

The most advanced esports players were the team of KUS LLP. In men’s chess battles, Nursultan Baltabayev from SK Ondeu LLP prevailed over his rivals. In turn, Ruslan Musin from SSAP LLP became the leader among men in the national game togyz kumalak, and Guldana Zhabasova from KUS LLP became the leader among women. In swimming for 800 meters, Adil Adilgereyev from SK Ondeu LLP turned out to be unattainable for competitors. But Atyrau players from KUS LLP became the leaders in mini-football.

The winners and prize-winners of the competitions received cups and letters of thanks. The best athletes will represent the company at the sports contest of the Fund.
