The Orphanage to Receive a Playground as a Gift from Samruk-Kazyna JSC

Samruk-Kazyna JSC continues anniversary events in honor of the 15th anniversary of the group of companies and gives gifts to children. A new children’s playground was opened on the eve of the Nauryz holiday, on the territory of the specialized children's home “Umit”, located in the administrative center of Zhambyl region.

13 game structures and small architectural forms were installed on a colorful playground with an area of 300 square meters. There are zones for various sports exercises and creative competitions.

More than KZT24 million has been allocated for the implementation of the project “Give Children a Smile!” in Taraz through the single charity operator of the Samruk-Kazyna JSC group of companies - Social Projects Development Fund “Samruk-Kazyna Trust”.

“Thanks to such social projects, children brought up in an orphanage feel not only the care and attention of society, but will also grow up to be a healthy and kind generation. I believe that our joint efforts will cause positive changes. My heartiest congratulations on the upcoming Nauryz holiday!” - Perizat Umbetali, the Deputy Head of the Department of Education of Zhambyl region said at the opening ceremony.

The project “Give Children a Smile!” allows children with disabilities and those left without parental care to grow up surrounded by the kindness of adults, in an atmosphere of happy childhood. It will also allow educators to organize effectively children’s free time, devoting time to educational work.
