Meetings of the SKO management with employees of subsidiaries have been held on a regular basis since 2021. At these meetings, any employee can ask a question of interest and get a prompt personal answer from the management of the parent company.  

At the current meeting, Zhandos Bakbergenovich Orazaliyev presented the results of a study on the measurements of the social stability index (SRS) for 2022, which was formed on the basis of a survey of employees. The SRS results are always carefully analyzed and necessary measures are taken to resolve issues that concern employees.

At the same time, the meeting discussed issues of occupational safety, prospects for the development of the plant, development of youth policy, etc.
