The regular meeting of the STC (Scientific and Technical Council) of Samruk-Kazyna Ondeu LLP was held, where the progress report of the first stage of the R&D project for the production of a fungicidal-bactericidal preparation of sulfur for agriculture was heard. The STC members noted the high level of fulfillment of tasks within the framework of the project and recommended it for further implementation.

As noted earlier, this project will result in the possibility of producing plant protection products of lump sulfur for the benefit of the development of agriculture in the country. It is also possible to expand the scope of its application in animal husbandry.

The project is implemented by the research group based at Kazakh British Technical University in Almaty.
