In connection with the registration of cases of coronavirus infection (2019-nCoV) in China, we report that characteristic signs of infection, such as:
- Headache
- Runny nose
- Chest pain
- Fever
- Accelerated heartbeat
- Rapid breathing
For prevention purposes, please follow simple WHO recommendations:
- When coughing or sneezing, observe the “respiratory etiquette”. Wear a mask if necessary. Disposable wipes used for coughing and sneezing should be discarded – do not keep used wipes in or near your pocket.
- Wash your hands. If soap and water are not available, use alcohol-containing hand sanitizers or other antiseptics.
- Avoid touching eyes, nose or mouth with your hands.
- Avoid eating raw or insufficiently cooked animal products.
- Avoid close contact with someone who has respiratory symptoms such as coughing and sneezing.

It is recommended that, wherever possible, no travel should be undertaken to countries (currently in China) where the incidence of coronavirus is badly epidemiological.
