Chemist's Day at SK Ondeu: Recognition of Labor, Social Responsibility, and Corporate Unity

The chemical industry is one of the strategically important sectors of Kazakhstan's economy, contributing to the development of industrial potential, the introduction of modern technologies, and the strengthening of the country's economic stability. The contribution of industry workers to the development of production and the implementation of major industrial projects is traditionally celebrated as part of the professional holiday — the Day of Chemical Industry Workers. In honor of the professional holiday, the Group of Companies "SK Ondeu" LLP held a festive event at the site of "SSAP" LLP in Stepnogorsk with the participation of employees of the Group of Companies, representatives of management, and the public.⠀ As part of the event, a charity fair was organized with the participation of the "Malika" rehabilitation center. Participants were able to purchase handmade products and souvenirs, and the funds raised were used to support the center's activities and its beneficiaries. The implementation of such initiatives is an important part of the Group of Companies' social policy and contributes to the development of a culture of mutual assistance, social responsibility, and corporate solidarity. During the official part of the event, employees were awarded departmental and corporate awards for professionalism, conscientious work, and contribution to the development of the chemical industry. Employees were presented with the "Best Employee of the Chemical Industry" badge, letters of appreciation from "Samruk-Kazyna" JSC, the "For Honest Work" badge, the "Best Young Specialist" badge, and certificates of honor from "SK Ondeu" LLP.⠀ In addition, the results of the creative competition among employees "Chemistry Around Us," aimed at popularizing the chemical industry and increasing the involvement of employees and their families, were summarized. The winners of the competition were determined based on the voting results and awarded valuable prizes.
