The first phase of the “Digital Twin” project has been completed at the Stepnogorsk Sulfuric Acid Plant – SSAP LLP, a subsidiary of SK Ondeu. QazTWIN is a digital twin platform that enables the creation of a virtual 3D replica of the plant, integrating data on equipment, process parameters, and maintenance into a single digital environment. The system integrates with existing MES, ERP, and SCADA systems, as well as IoT sensors, without replacing the current IT infrastructure. It enables real-time monitoring and analysis of equipment performance, identification of deviations, and proactive maintenance planning. The implementation of QazTWIN at SSAP LLP is aimed at reducing operating costs, minimizing equipment downtime, lowering accident and incident rates, improving the accuracy of maintenance planning, and enhancing overall production process management.
