A Time of Great Opportunities

The development of the plastics and chemical industry in Kazakhstan today reflects both global trends and the country’s strategic course towards enhancing industrial independence.

According to the Bureau of National Statistics:
- In 2024, manufacturing grew by 4.8%
- Chemical production increased by 9.5%
- There are 1,086 enterprises operating in the country, 11% more than the year before.

Since 2020, the volume of chemical production in Kazakhstan has increased by more than 30%, confirming the sector’s steady growth and strong investor interest.

The global market also shows confident growth: according to Market Research Future, by 2030 its volume will exceed USD 750 billion. All of this makes participation in Plastex Qazaqstan particularly relevant for companies seeking to strengthen their market positions, establish new production chains, and expand internationally.

A Space for Cooperation

The exhibition is designed to be not only a showcase but also a platform for dialogue between business, government bodies, and the scientific community. Companies will be able to present their developments and technologies, meet new partners and clients, and discuss the prospects for introducing innovative and “green” solutions.

Companies from Iran and China have already confirmed their participation, underlining the international interest in this new project.

Business Program

The business program will address pressing issues of industry development: implementation of eco-friendly technologies, plastics recycling, production of high value-added plastics, import substitution, investment attractiveness of the market, and the development prospects of petrochemicals in Kazakhstan. Representatives of government agencies, national companies, and the business community are invited to participate.
