Our Company appreciates new professionals in its team, so it takes the recruitment process very seriously. Iskandirov Zholaman recently joined our team, but he has already managed to distinguish himself and prove himself on the positive side.

Zholaman has extensive experience working in various financial and credit organizations. For example, he has worked in the banking sector for more than 8 years from a specialist to the head of the Retail Business Department. And in 2010 he joined the ranks of fighters for food security of the country and worked in the system of JSC Holding “KazAgro” for 5 years from a specialist to deputy director of the Department of development of credit products and monitoring of the credit portfolio of “KazAgro” subsidiaries.

Then Zholaman joined the system of JSC Samruk-Kazyna. From 2014 to 2018 he worked in Samruk-Kazyna Invest LLP. He started as a chief manager of the Department of project analysis of investment activity and grew to the director of the Department of investment projects. Has an experience in JSC Qazaq Air, financial analyst.

From 2018 to 2019, Zholaman worked at the Ministry of Agriculture as the Head of Credit and Investment Policy Division of the Investment Policy Department.

And so from December last year Zholaman started his professional activity in our Company. He is a coordinator for reporting of the Asset Development Service — generates analytical reports on the implementation of investment projects, fills information on projects in the management reporting system of JSC Samruk-Kazyna, participates in monitoring and control of portfolio projects, takes an active part in the development of internal regulatory documents, etc.

Zholaman has honorary certificates and letters of appreciation from the management: ATF Bank JSC, Alliance Bank JSC, Fund for Financial Support of Agriculture JSC, KazAgro Holding JSC, Samruk-Kazyna Invest LLP and Kazakhstan 2050 National Movement.

He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of International Business (UIB) (2016). In 2018 he received training on “Fair Value Measurement of Investments”, PricewaterhouseCoopers” (PwC).

Zholaman is a volunteer of the “Heart of a Child” project implemented by the Kazakhstan 2050 National Movement and a repeated participant in city marathons, such as: “Astana Marathon” and “BI Marathon” and in various sports festival.

Zholaman Iskandirov and his wife are raising two beautiful daughters. He likes to draw, take professional photography, edit videos, play volleyball and billiards, and run. At present, he is mastering graphic design skills, web design and plans to learn to play the Kazakh national instrument – dombra.
