One of these people is Viktor Ort, an operator of the Formulation Shop at CHEM-Plus LLP, who has proven himself as a responsible and qualified specialist during five years of work.

A Career Path

Before joining CHEM-Plus LLP, Victor Ort worked as a welder and baker, but eventually fulfilled himself in the industrial sector. Since November 13, 2019, he has been working at the current place of employment, where he is engaged in launching and controlling production lines, calculating components and ensuring the fulfillment of the shift plan.

The quality of products and the efficiency of the production process depend on his expertise. Victor knows perfectly the formulations, properties of raw materials, principles of equipment operation, as well as the rules of occupational health and safety. His knowledge and skills enable timely elimination of defects, ensuring uninterrupted production process.

His responsible approach to work and aspiration for professional growth did not remain unnoticed. Over the years, Victor Ort has received many awards and incentives:

• 2023 – Certificate of Honor from the Chief Executive Officer of SK Ondeu on the Republic Day.

Victor has always enjoyed working with machinery and is proud to call himself part of the team at Chem-Plus LLP. He notes that success in production is impossible without a close-knit team and experienced management, which helps employees to grow and develop.

Victor Ort has big plans in the coming years - both professional and personal. He dreams of starting a family and continuing to improve in his profession, contributing to the development of domestic production. Moreover, our colleague, being German by nationality, is fluent in Kazakh.
