Meetings with the teams of subsidiaries are a great opportunity to communicate directly with employees, listen to their opinions, understand needs and problems. We strive to create an open atmosphere where every employee knows that their opinion is valuable.

Another communication meeting was held by SK Ondeu LLP among employees of the SSAP subsidiary in Stepnogorsk on June 6 this year. A working group headed by the Managing Director for Business Development Orazaliyev Zhandos Bakbergenovich visited the workshops, sites and laboratory of the plant, talked with workers. Later, the results of a study on the measurements of the social stability index (SRS) and an action plan by the end of the year for increasing the level of social stability in the team were presented at the meeting.
