At the award ceremony of the winners of the Uzdik Maman contest (Best by Profession), the CEO of the Fund congratulated and shared the results of the HR Policy.

The contest started in April this year as part of the “Zhas Samruk” program. Since the launch of the “Zhas Samruk” program, the Fund has already implemented more than 100 projects. To attract young talents, the Fund group is implementing the Zhas Orken and Digital Summer programs.

The “Best by Profession” contest is two months of painstaking work: search for heroes, shooting, editing… And now 30 contestants have already been presented.
