Following the second stage of the audit organization selection procedure for United Chemical Company LLP and its Subsidiaries for 2019-2021 (Karabatan Utility Solutions LLP, LLP JV SZK Kazatomprom, CHIM-plus LLP, Polymer Production LLP, “Kazakhstan Petrochemical Industries Inc. LLP), held on 20 June 2019, in accordance with sub-item b) of item 23 of the Rules for Selection of the Auditing Organization for Samruk-Kazyna JSC and Organizations, more than Fifty Percent of Voting Shares (Interests) of which is Directly or Indirectly Owned by Samruk-Kazyna on the Right of Property or Trust management”, the Commission of the Customer by its decision declared Ernst & Young LLP as a winner.
