May 9, 1945… This date is getting far and wide from us. Time passes, generations change, however May 9 – the Victory Day – remains one of the main holidays of our country, even tragic, but touching and bright!

Dear veterans of the Great Patriotic War and home front workers!

Please accept sincere and heartfelt congratulations from the staff of United Chemical Company LLP, Happy Victory Day!

This holiday will forever remain in our hearts as a symbol of heroism and unparalleled courage of the people who defended peace on earth.

Each of us pays tribute of deep respect and great gratitude to our valiant fathers and grandfathers who defeated the enemy army, preserving peace and prosperity for posterity.

May this grateful memory unite us all against wars, cruelty, for the ideals of goodness and humanity!

Fewer and fewer remain around those who forged Victory in battles and in the rear. And today, on May 08, 2019, the staff of United Chemical Company LLP visited the veteran of the Great Patriotic War, Baktybai Almabekov, and congratulated him on Victory Day!

In the conversation with our veteran, we learned a lot about his life, post-war years in the distant fifties and sixties, he came to Tselinograd from Almaty region for mass cultivation and development of virgin lands. He worked in the agricultural sector. He and his wife brought up 5 children and 16 grandchildren.

We thank Baktybai Almabekov and bow profoundly to all veterans and home front workers who have passed the trials of the war by its arduous roads: to everyone who participated in attacks, who plowed the land and sowed, made steel, forged armor and sharpened shells, who sent the last piece of bread to the front.

The younger generation should know that only the unity of home front workers and army soldiers, patriotism, patience and courage, the greatest steadfastness and love for the Fatherland have become the key to the Great Victory!

Let the achievements of those who defeated the invaders continue to be an example and support in today’s life. They give us faith and hope in the opportunity to overcome difficulties and find a happy and promising life for each of us.
